:The Order Process

It is easy to order with us. You will be able to create an account that will be available for future orders, or you can order anonymously if you prefer. We will only use personal customer information to fill orders, contact purchasers to inform them of their order status, and to periodically send promotional information and Special Offers. Please also note that at this time, we can only ship to the U.S.

:Canceling or Changing an Order

If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled or changed by our Customer Service Department. However, you may return the item subject to Our Return Policy.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards from U.S. and Canadian banks ONLY (no orders using methods issued by foreign banks please). You will be directed to Paypal where you can make your secure payment using your credit card. You will NOT be required to have a Paypal account, however, if you do, feel free to use it at that time as well. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via Paypal's secure process with confidence.

:Sales Tax

Items sold or shipped to destinations in the state of Michigan are subject to sales tax. A 6% State Sales Tax charge will be applied to your order.

:Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day money back guarantee (excluding custom-made or personalized items, mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, and personal items that have been opened). PLEASE don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your return.

Certain Items purchased will be covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty and terms and in those cases, the return policy may extend past the 15-day policy offered by CampinGearPlus.com. Unless otherwise expressed by the Manufacturer Warranty, merchandise with its original packaging may be returned for your purchase price minus any shipping costs. If merchandise is damaged in shipping, it will be covered by insurance if the insurance was purchased. Please contact us as quickly as possible to ensure a satisfactory transaction.

Any Merchandise that is returned must be returned in a sellable condition, and you must contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) within 15 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), you will have 15 days to return the item following the instructions on the Return Authorization. To request an RA, please contact us at CustomerService@CampinGearPlus.com with your:

- Name
- Address
- Order #
- Item Name & Number of the item that you would like to return
- Reason for the return
- Phone Number in case we have further questions.

Exceptions to this policy will be in the case where the manufacturer offers their own warranty (e.g. an Unconditional 30-day money back guarantee) on their product. In this case the return transaction will be conducted directly through the manufacturer.

In the case of a return back to CampinGearPlus.com, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

NOTE: Returned Merchandise may be subject to a 15% Restock Fee depending on the source. The customer is responsible for Return Shipping fees.

:Specific Warranty Policies

Bazooka Bikes

Pacific Waterhouse International Trading Inc. warrants each new Bazooka bicycle frames and forks to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years. Warranty Coverage on the component parts (excluding tires, tubes, cables and chains) intend for one year from the date of purchase while owned by original retail purchaser. This warranty does not apply to paint/finish on the frames and forks as well as decals.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper assembly, improper fit or improper maintenance and neglect. The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by the use of the bicycle for stunt riding, ramp jumping, dirt jumping, acrobatic tricks or similar or any other abnormal activities, alterations, collision, crash or misuse. This bicycle has not been designed, engineered, distributed, manufactured or retailed for uses in trick riding, ramp riding, jumping, aggressive ridings, riding on severe terrain, ridding in severe climates, riding with heavy loads, commercial activities, or any similar activities; such uses may damage the bicycle, and can cause serious injury to the rider, and in all cases will void this warranty. Bent handlebar, forks, frame, wheels or seat posts are sign of misuse or abuse. The warranty does not cover use as a power-driven vehicle or as a rental vehicle or commercial use vehicle.

This warranty is made only to the original owner of this new Bazooka bicycle purchase from a dealer or retailer, and it shall remain in force only as long as the original owner retains ownership of the Bazooka bicycle. This Limited warranty is not transferable. In order to exercise your rights under this limited warranty, the bicycle must be presented to a Bazooka dealer, together with a receipt, bill of sales or other appropriate written proof of purchase. Should this bicycle or any part be determined by Pacific Waterhouse International Trading Inc. to be covered by this warranty, it will be repaired or replaced, at Pacific Waterhouse International Trading Inc. sole option, which will be conclusive and binding. The original owner shall pay all labor charges connected with the repair or replacement of all parts. Under no circumstances does this limited warranty include the cost of travel or shipment to and from a Bazooka dealer. Such costs, if any shall be borne by the original owner.

All bicycles must be professionally checked and tuned-up prior to usage by a professional bicycle mechanic, otherwise the warranty will not cover any damages due to neglect.

Picnic Time Warranty

Picnic Time products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.

:Backordered Items

Periodically, due to the overwhelming popularity of an item, a product might be placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. In the unlikely event that your item is not available or has been placed on backorder, you will be promptly notified by a Customer Service Specialist, who will provide you with options to fulfill or cancel your order.

:Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship orders in a timely manner. We offer UPS Ground and UPS Second Day shipping on most orders. Simply choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout. Some orders will ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor and may be subject to specific Shipping Charges due to special packaging or other considerations. Please also note that at this time, we can only ship to the U.S.
